The 4th Trimester: A Support Group for Postpartum Emotional Wellness

6-week series:

Week 1 – The birth of a baby and the birth of a mother – understanding the motherhood mindset and the phases of its development.

Week 2 – Overview of postpartum mood/wellness.


Week 3 – The good enough mother: self-care, relaxation and stress management.


Week 4 – Mindful motherhood – stress management continued.

Week 5 – From partners to parents – communication with partners/family members.

Week 6 - Returning to work, breastfeeding concerns & other concerns.
